Shenae Jackson, Founder

From Rock Bottom to Empowering Others

Shenae Jackson, the founder of ATI Tutoring & Learning Center, experienced a personal journey from rock bottom to empowerment. Her love for people, unwavering faith, and resilience taught her valuable lessons in success. Through self-reflection and retracing her steps, Shenae discovered the importance of self-belief, mentorship, and personal development. Her mission is to empower youth and young adults, helping them overcome obstacles and shape a brighter future.

Shenae Jackson’s journey in business and education spans over a decade, beginning with a seven-year tenure in business administration. In 2018, she embraced entrepreneurship, co-founding ATI Tutoring & Learning Center, a faith-based educational institution dedicated to fostering student success through personalized learning.

By 2021, her passion for education led her to work with Broward County charter schools, contributing to student enrichment programs and classroom support. Her dedication to empowering young minds has been evident since childhood, when she first discovered her love for mentoring students at the age of 10.

Beyond education, Shenae has remained deeply involved in community service. She served on the Board of Directors for the MLK Committee for two years, helping to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through impactful initiatives. As an alumna and mentor for Women of Tomorrow, she continues to inspire and guide young women to achieve their goals.

Shaneel Sanders, Co-Founder

Director of Programs, ATI Tutoring & Learning Center

Shaneel Sanders is a visionary educator with a deep passion for teaching and reshaping the learning experience. As the Director of Programs at ATI Tutoring & Learning Center, she leads with innovation, creativity, and a commitment to student-centered education.

From an early age, Shaneel’s love for teaching was evident. She began by teaching at church, later expanding her impact by instructing at the Jacksonville Urban League and working with ATI Tutoring & Learning Center before it evolved into a co-op learning center. Though her early aspirations were to pursue law school, a life-changing dream in 2012—just before completing her undergraduate studies—ignited a sense of dissonance about that path. Instead, she followed her heart into education, dedicating herself to youth empowerment and alternative learning strategies. While attending the University of North Florida, Shaneel volunteered with youth programs, interned with Jewish Family and Community Services, and served as a substitute instructor, often stepping into classrooms to teach etiquette classes in public schools across Jacksonville. These experiences solidified her belief that education should be engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style.

At ATI Tutoring & Learning Center, Shaneel now spearheads program development, ensuring that students learn in ways that resonate with them. She is passionate about breaking away from traditional, standardized methods and instead fostering an environment where learning is fun, immersive, and even theatrical. She believes that when students connect emotionally and creatively with their lessons, they achieve true mastery.

Shaneel holds a Master’s in Public Education, a minor in Political Science, and is a professionally trained tutor. She remains dedicated to transforming education, cultivating creativity, and inspiring the next generation to become confident, capable, and self-sufficient learners.

Dr. Nadine Ebri, Director of Math and Technology

Dr. Nadine Ebri is a distinguished leader in STEM education and technology integration, dedicated to transforming educational experiences for students and educators worldwide. As the CEO of Ebri Education, she collaborates with schools and districts to design impactful STEM programs and deliver engaging, hands-on classroom experiences.

Previously, Nadine served as the Global Education Community Manager for Minecraft Education at Microsoft, where she achieved remarkable milestones. She grew the private educator community to over 11,000 members, expanded the global ambassador network from 249 to over 1,000 ambassadors across 41 countries, and successfully relaunched the Minecraft Student Ambassador Program, now active in schools across 48 countries. Her career began in Jacksonville, Florida, where she taught in Title I schools, serving low-income and historically marginalized communities with a focus on equity and innovation. Her responsive teaching methods earned her national recognition, including a feature on the front cover of USA Today and a finalist spot for Duval County’s Teacher of the Year in 2020-202.

Nadine’s leadership in educational technology has been widely celebrated, earning her the International Society for Technology in Education’s “20 to Watch” award and a feature in EdTech Magazine’s “30 K-12 Information Technology Influencers to Follow.” Today, through Ebri Education, she continues her mission to empower educators and inspire students by championing STEM education as a pathway to opportunity and innovation.
